About the Role

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality luxury lifestyle and travel services to premium customers during overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during overnight hours.
• Advise premium customers via phone and email in both Arabic and English.
• Process customer requests comprehensively, from offer preparation through to billing. This includes individual travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets for sports and cultural events, spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flower arrangements, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
• Prepare tailor-made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all associated administrative processes.
• Proactively inform and engage customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent language proficiency in professional Arabic and English, both written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).
• A completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally within the field of tourism.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with a tour operator, or in a travel agency; alternatively, at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
• Excellent global destination knowledge.
• A strong passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Possess a positive attitude and identify with Ten Lifestyle Group values.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The role involves permanent night shifts, operating between 20:00 and 10:00 local Riyadh time, Monday to Sunday, on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will join a vibrant team within the travel department, serving High-Net Worth (HNW) and UHNW clients with their leisure travel requests.
