About the Role

stc is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves evaluating potential Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conducting research and financial analysis to provide initial strategic fit comparisons.
• Prepare comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for deals, applying accepted methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), multiples, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
• Oversee, lead, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support management in executing M&A deals and maximizing returns for the Group.
• Analyze the financial impact of proposed investments or divestments on the Group's financial statements prior to M&A activity execution.
• Utilize investment platforms like Bloomberg and Capital IQ for business case development and valuation.
• Advise stc’s subsidiaries on valuation work for potential targets.
• Develop and maintain an M&A/valuation database, including trading and transaction multiples of regional and international telecom and ICT peers, Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) parameters, and information on recent deals.
• Actively participate in the due diligence process throughout the entire M&A cycle, from advisor selection to deal closing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Investment.
• Master's Degree in Finance or Investment.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Required experience: 5-10 years.
