About the Role

Deemah is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join its team at the Cake & Chocolate Factory in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for achieving production objectives and ensuring operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose and Compliance

The Machine Operator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth production workflows and upholding quality standards. This involves not only operating machinery but also ensuring adherence to established departmental policies, procedures, and controls, particularly those related to maintenance activities. A key aspect of the role is to ensure all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled in compliance with the QMS (Quality + Halal Food Management System), which includes ISO9001 and HFMS standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of maintenance department activities.
• Ensure all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled in compliance with the QMS (Quality + Halal Food Management System) requirements, specifically ISO9001 and HFMS.

Operational Duties

• Set up machines to initiate production cycles.
• Control and adjust machine settings, including speed and temperatures.
• Feed raw and/or packaging material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools.
• Periodically test the operation of machines.
• Address and fix issues that may arise during shifts.
• Check output to identify any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Maintain accurate records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Keep detailed activity logs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Deemah's Cake & Chocolate Factory in Riyadh. The role requires consistent presence and engagement within a manufacturing setting to ensure continuous production and operational excellence.
