About the Role

Rawaj-HCM is seeking a Maintenance Manager, Dairy Products, to join a leading Saudi FMCG food manufacturer. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing all maintenance operations for high-quality dairy and food products.

Role Purpose

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant. The primary objective is to ensure maximum equipment availability, minimize operational downtime, and maintain safe and reliable plant performance. This role drives the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Oversee the maintenance of all production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules effectively with Production and other relevant departments.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure the continuous availability of critical components.
• Monitor key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), analyze breakdown trends, and control maintenance costs.
• Drive initiatives focused on improving reliability and reducing operational costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and ISO standards.
• Prepare and present detailed maintenance performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess over 10 years of experience in maintenance management, specifically within the dairy and food products manufacturing sector. A proven track record in leading maintenance teams and implementing advanced maintenance strategies is required.
