Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of relevant experience, with proven experience delivering asset management advisory projects.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle planning, risk management, and investment prioritization.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong commercial and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to influence senior decision-makers.

  • Experience gained within an asset-owning or operating organization (operations, maintenance, reliability, or engineering), in addition to or in place of consultancy experience, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to determine requirements where the objective is clear but the method is not, and to make and evidence sound engineering judgments where data is incomplete.
