Qiddiya is seeking a Manager - Category Management to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position is crucial for developing and executing category strategies that drive cost efficiencies and strengthen supplier relationships, directly supporting the company's vision for growth and excellence.

Role Overview

The Manager - Category Management plays a vital role in the strategic development and execution of category plans. This position is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings and value creation, while also ensuring robust supplier relationships are maintained. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the company's objectives for operational excellence and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
• Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed.
• Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management.
• Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Riyadh Province.
