Manager Development

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Development to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves leading development initiatives for projects within the entertainment and leisure sector, contributing to the creation of a destination in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept through to completion.

Role Overview

The Development Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate development process and the ability to deliver solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision for its projects. The role focuses on strategic development within the entertainment and leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments in entertainment and leisure.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant development role.
• Demonstrated understanding of the real estate development process.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in the entertainment and leisure sector is beneficial.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia.
