Manager Development

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Development to lead development initiatives for projects within the entertainment and leisure sector. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and involves overseeing projects aimed at establishing a destination in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Development Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects from concept through to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate development process and the ability to deliver solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments to maintain Qiddiya's position in entertainment and leisure innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members in project development and management best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects. The role requires 5-10 years of overall experience.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
