Manager Development

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Development Manager to lead development initiatives for projects in the entertainment and leisure sector. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on creating a unique destination within the region. The position requires 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management.

Role Overview

The Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development of groundbreaking projects from concept to completion. This involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful planning and execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate development process and be capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments to ensure Qiddiya maintains a leading position in entertainment and leisure innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
