Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading development initiatives for projects within the entertainment and leisure sector, contributing to the creation of a new destination in Saudi Arabia. The position requires a professional with 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management.

Role Overview

The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development process of assigned projects from concept to completion. This includes leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that all planning and execution align with Qiddiya's vision and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of real estate development processes and be capable of delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project milestones.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments to ensure Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and leisure.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
