About the Role: Manager - Finance at Qiddiya

Qiddiya is seeking a Manager - Finance to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to developing and maintaining financial models, supporting revenue stream development, and providing critical financial analysis for strategic planning within the organization.

Role Overview and Contribution

The Manager - Finance will be responsible for conducting comprehensive economic and financial analysis, ensuring robust financial inputs into strategic and business planning processes. This role involves close coordination with internal teams to track assumptions, validate data, and support the design of finance governance and data requirements across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and analyses covering revenues, costs, and funding requirements.
• Support the development of revenue streams, pricing logic, and business cases for City services.
• Conduct economic and financial analysis, including benchmarking, cost structures, and impact assessments.
• Support the definition of funding requirements and phasing, incorporating scenario analysis.
• Provide essential financial inputs into strategy, operating model, and business planning initiatives.
• Track and validate assumptions, data inputs, and methodologies across all relevant workstreams.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure consistency of financial outputs.
• Support the high-level design of finance governance, system, and data requirement planning, including inputs on data structures, reporting processes, and system needs.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
