About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Infrastructure Architecture to join its team. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is central to designing, implementing, and managing the architectural structure of the IT infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the infrastructural framework aligns with strategic business goals and supports innovative projects aimed at creating exceptional entertainment experiences.

Role Purpose and Context

As a member of the Enterprise Architecture team, the Manager - Infrastructure Architecture is responsible for ensuring that the organization's digital and guest-facing applications adhere to established policies, standards, and best practices. This role supports the overall Enterprise Architecture governance framework, contributing to the strategic direction and operational integrity of Qiddiya's technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to established Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards and guidelines throughout the design, implementation, and operation phases of various projects.
• Review solution designs (high/low-level) in collaboration with solution architects to ensure alignment with EA standards, guidelines, and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical and architectural oversight and guidance during the implementation of applications and digital solutions.
• Assist in evaluating new solutions to ensure they align with Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the application and digital architecture, including diagrams and configurations.
• Participate in change management processes to evaluate proposed changes related to applications/digital initiatives, assess their potential impact, and ensure controlled and coordinated implementation.
• Support in building and maintaining a comprehensive inventory of application and digital assets.
• Promote awareness of enterprise architecture governance principles and best practices among infrastructure, cloud, and security teams, as well as other stakeholders.
• Promote the establishment of internal structures and processes to guide the exploration, integration, and evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enable the execution of digital initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or related fields.
