Manager Supply Chain

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is seeking a Manager - Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth through strategic supply chain initiatives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and enhance all aspects of the supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, stock management, and logistics projects. The Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies that reduce costs and ensure effective supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects across warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and digital operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper stock management, availability, and distribution center inventory control.
• Oversee customs compliance and maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams while ensuring effective performance management and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage warehousing, transportation, replenishment, and import/export functions.
