The Opportunity: M&V Project Engineer 1

We are seeking an M&V Project Engineer 1 to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who will provide essential support to the Measurement & Verification (M&V) Team. The role involves contributing to day-to-day M&V support duties, reviewing project activities, implementing strategic initiatives, and preparing comprehensive reports.

Core Responsibilities

The M&V Project Engineer 1 will be responsible for supporting various aspects of project measurement and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Specific duties include:

Measurement & Verification Activities

• Support project development by assessing baseline consumption and evaluating project feasibility.
• Assist the M&V consultant in the baseline evaluation of bids through to the bid award stage.
• Contribute to submetering installation and consumption evaluation processes.
• Finalize DFS (Detailed Feasibility Study) and ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contract) documentation.
• Perform other M&V related activities as directed by the team.

Implementation and Post-Retrofit Support

• Support the finalization of documentation required for project M&V plan completion.
• Prepare M&V reports and ensure comprehensive review of project performance.
• Liaise with the Operations & Maintenance (OM) team, ESCO team, and relevant entities to facilitate issue resolution.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all work-related matters and information.
