Introduction to the Opportunity
Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking a highly experienced Manpower Affairs Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and is crucial for overseeing the organization's comprehensive manpower affairs functions.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Manpower Affairs Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of the department, encompassing critical areas such as air ticketing, banking services, medical insurance administration, and inbound/outbound operations. The core objective of this role is to ensure that all manpower-related activities are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and adhere strictly to all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manpower Affairs Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower affairs strategy that supports organizational objectives. Establish policies and procedures for all manpower-related functions to ensure consistency and compliance, and monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance operations.
- Air Ticketing Management: Oversee the air ticketing process, ensuring efficient booking and travel arrangements. Negotiate contracts with travel agencies and airlines to secure favorable rates and services, and develop and implement policies regarding travel documentation and compliance with airline regulations.
- Banking Services Administration: Manage relationships with banking partners to facilitate all financial services. Ensure the organization’s banking processes are efficient and secure, providing necessary support, and oversee the implementation of financial policies related to banking transactions and reimbursements.
- Medical Insurance Administration: Supervise the management of medical insurance programs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and compliance with regulations. Evaluate and negotiate insurance plans with providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service, and develop communication materials about medical insurance options and benefits.
- In- & Outbound Administration: Oversee the inbound and outbound administration processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes for manpower, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and develop and implement procedures for managing manpower records and documentation related to manpower affairs.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in manpower affairs management or a closely related field.
Work Type and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) organization. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
