About the Role

Patchi is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to brand building and effectively managing day-to-day marketing and communication tasks across all channels. The specialist will play a key role in shaping Patchi's presence and engagement within the Saudi Arabian market.

Strategic Planning and Market Insight

• Recommend and align with the KSA Marketing Director on the KSA MarCom strategy and plans, ensuring consistency with the Global brand strategy.
• Lead on local customer understanding, market trends, competition, and insights by maintaining regular market engagement and sharing information with relevant local and global team members.
• Manage and follow up on local communication approaches, including media planning/buying, new launches and openings, as well as PR and event management.

Brand Communication and Content Development

• Deliver the social media calendar execution to drive brand awareness, recognition, and engagement across relevant platforms.
• Create regular engaging stories to maintain active accounts, track and improve reach and engagement, and share monthly social media reports.
• Execute PR plans, including events, sponsorships, and openings, along with creating suitable meeting occasions’ contexts to build brand buzz.
• Generate and evaluate new ideas for promotions, articles, press releases, and publicity, ensuring coordination and consistency with internal marketing/advertising professionals.
• Finalize copywriting in both Arabic and English for all communication requirements across press, e-commerce, and online channels.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva for quick, minor design tasks.

Brand Standards and Stakeholder Coordination

• Educate and enforce brand standards internally to maintain consistency of brand identity, editorial tone, and style.
• Develop creative briefs for the internal creative team and external agencies to provide clear direction for deliverables.
• Coordinate with agencies and other vendors to ensure outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects Patchi’s brand identity.
• Engage with fans and followers to build community relationships and encourage interaction.
• Handle local customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with relevant team members to ensure high brand satisfaction.

Performance Analysis and Operational Management

• Manage approved budgets diligently, update budget tracking sheets, and report regularly on budget status.
• Drive sales by analyzing campaign performance in terms of engagement and sales impact, sharing post-campaign reports and recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge about the company’s products and stay updated with any relevant changes.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and brand activations.
• Proven hands-on experience in executing marketing activations and campaigns.
