Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across the GCC market. This role involves contributing to brand marketing, product launches, digital campaigns, event management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales teams to implement commercial marketing activities.
• Develop marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
• Assist in organizing conferences, exhibitions, and medical events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with corporate branding and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in brand marketing, product launches, digital campaigns, event management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, consumer healthcare, or FMCG industry.
• Prior experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
