About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Marketing Manager Retail to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing customer experience and driving business growth by developing strategies that make shopping on Amazon more compelling and accessible for Saudi customers. The manager will work to understand value perception and shopping behavior within the Saudi market to inform strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and launch customer-focused value initiatives that drive business growth.
• Lead collaborative projects across marketing, retail, marketplace, and ShopEx teams.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize customer reward programs.
• Work with regional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
• Pioneer approaches related to deals, everyday essentials, customer rewards/incentives, and Low ASP (Average Selling Price).
• Lead high-visibility projects that directly impact Amazon's growth in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and execute strategies that enhance affordability and rewards in shopping.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to support assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
• Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (*, Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.
