About the Marketing Officer Role

Aseel Holding is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our team full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to strengthening Aseel Holding’s corporate brand while also managing the marketing efforts for individual real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to each project's unique identity and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company and its individual real estate projects.
• Create project-specific marketing plans, positioning strategies, and branding concepts.
• Manage project launches, campaigns, activations, events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Website Developers to ensure aligned and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee marketing activities across both digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate content creation, advertising campaigns, and social media platform management.
• Manage and coordinate with marketing agencies, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer trends, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Leasing teams to support lead generation and business objectives.
• Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and local consumer trends.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, campaign management, and digital marketing principles.
• Proven experience working effectively with graphic designers, website developers, marketing agencies, and external vendors.

Experience and Industry Background

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Previous experience in the real estate or property development industry is strongly preferred.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.
