About the Role

Al Farabi Medical Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the implementation of marketing activities across clinic branches, coordinating marketing requests, and assisting with promotional content and events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective coordination with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing activities and assist in executing marketing campaigns across various clinic branches.
• Coordinate with branches to gather marketing requests, updates, and operational requirements.
• Assist in organizing photography and video shoots for doctors and clinics.
• Follow up on marketing materials, designs, and content delivery to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate promotional offers and in-branch marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing influencer visits, marketing events, and local partnerships.
• Monitor competitors' promotions, dental offers, and local marketing activities.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and maintain updated marketing trackers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to follow up on assigned tasks.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities as needed.
• Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and brand guidelines across all branches.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented individual. This role requires a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and an enjoyment of fieldwork. The ability to coordinate effectively with different clinic branches is essential to ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on time.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant marketing role.
