360Solutions is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and identity. The specialist will also contribute to enhancing the customer experience and monitoring digital channel performance.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns and activities, monitoring their effectiveness, and analyzing performance indicators. This includes evaluating market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires continuous coordination with internal teams, marketing agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure integrated execution and achievement of brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing operational processes and ensure the implementation of initiatives, campaigns, and activities according to plan.
• Develop and monitor the customer experience in branches, including customer journey, marketing communications, and advertising materials.
• Monitor brand presence on social media and communication channels, analyzing feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and suppliers, managing deliverables, timelines, modifications, and approvals.
• Oversee content strategy to ensure alignment with the brand's identity, personality, communication tone, and overall direction.
• Analyze the brand's market position and image relative to competitors.
• Ensure consistent application of visual identity and brand guidelines across branches, e-commerce stores, products, and all digital channels.
• Participate in product development, pricing strategies, and customer experience enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales management, branches, and e-commerce stores to integrate customer experience and marketing activities.
• Monitor and develop marketing partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Analyze the target market, competitors, customer needs, and marketing opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to support and implement marketing strategies.
• Experience in monitoring marketing campaigns and digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active collaboration with various teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
