Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing activities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the marketing calendar from end-to-end, covering campaigns, events, digital channels, and brand materials. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Management to support business growth within the government and enterprise ICT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the annual marketing plan, campaigns, and activities in alignment with company objectives and budget.
• Manage events, exhibitions, conferences, and partner/vendor co-marketing activities, from initial planning to post-event follow-up.
• Oversee company digital channels, including LinkedIn, website, and other social media platforms, and manage content creation and publishing.
• Produce and maintain essential marketing materials such as company profiles, presentations, brochures, case studies, and proposal content.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and suppliers, and track marketing expenditure against the allocated budget.
• Provide support to the sales team through lead generation activities and the development of campaign materials.
• Measure and report on campaign and channel performance, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all communications adhere to established brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Proven track record of successfully running events and campaigns from inception to completion.
• Good working knowledge of social media management and various digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English language skills.
• Experience in B2B, ICT, or technology sectors is preferred.
• Experience working with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, or similar partners is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the government and enterprise ICT market.

Experience Required

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
