A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop foundational marketing skills. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to brand enhancement and customer engagement through various campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with followers.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website content.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
