Job Description

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative individual passionate about creative work. This person will be responsible for following up on daily tasks within the agency, coordinating with clients, and contributing to workflow development. Long experience is not required; the most important thing is the desire to learn, good taste, and responsibility.

Tasks

* Following up on and executing daily tasks within the agency.

* Communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and following up on projects.

* Contributing to attracting new opportunities and projects and building relationships.

* Organizing project files, contracts, and archives.

* Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on their outcomes.

* Monitoring project progress with the team and ensuring adherence to timelines.

* Preparing initial price quotes and presentations.

* Updating project management systems and organizing data.

* Assisting with operational and administrative tasks as needed by the agency.

Requirements

Experience of one year or less (or a recent graduate with passion and willingness to learn).

Intermediate level in English.

High taste and attention to detail.

Interest in design, visual identity, and branding.

Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proactive, responsible, and fast-learning personality.

Preferred:

* Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or Trello.

* Basic understanding of writing professional emails and proposals.

* Interest in marketing, creativity, and content creation
