Marketing Specialist – (Caffeination)
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in the specialty coffee or F&B industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, growing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, driving store traffic, and maintaining a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate must understand the Riyadh market, café culture, consumer behavior, and emerging social media trends. They should be capable of creating engaging content, managing influencers, and turning local trends into campaigns that generate excitement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including quarterly and monthly calendars.
* Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
* Track marketing performance and continuously improve strategies based on results.
Social Media & Content
* Manage Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
* Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
* Produce trend-driven content aligned with Riyadh’s latest lifestyle, café, and social media trends.
* Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Customer Experience & Reputation
* Monitor and respond to Google Maps reviews and customer feedback across social media and delivery platforms.
* Work with operations to resolve recurring customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Strengthen the company’s online reputation and customer loyalty.
Influencer & Community Management
* Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and content creators.
* Coordinate influencer visits, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
* Build relationships with Riyadh-based creators and evaluate campaign performance.
Branding & Campaign Execution
* Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Coordinate packaging design updates, menus, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing assets.
* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
Project Coordination
* Schedule and lead marketing meetings.
* Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and follow up until completion.
* Coordinate with Operations, Branch Managers, Designers, Suppliers, and Management to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
* Provide regular progress updates on campaigns and ongoing projects.
Market Research & Reporting
* Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
* Stay updated on Riyadh’s latest content trends, viral topics, and café market developments.
* Prepare monthly reports covering campaign performance, customer feedback, engagement, and recommendations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, or F&B.
* Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat business accounts.
* Strong understanding of Riyadh’s café scene, customer preferences, and social media trends.
* Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
* Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
* Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.

* Timely completion of campaigns, packaging updates, and marketing action items.
* Consistent brand identity across all branches.
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
