About the Role

NADEC Foods is seeking a Master Data Controller to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable master data that supports the company's planning and operational processes. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Master Data Controller will be responsible for managing product and item master data. This includes ensuring data quality and integrity across various systems, and providing reliable information to Supply Chain and Operations teams for effective planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update product and item master data.
• Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across systems.
• Maintain item master data within ERP and relevant platforms.
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support data mapping and the identification of required data elements.
• Develop and maintain master data templates in line with established standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and controls.
• Support Supply Chain master and reference data initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into accurate data requirements.
• Troubleshoot master-data-related system issues and provide required support.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain master data with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with ERP systems and data management platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Master Data Controller will contribute to NADEC Foods' operational efficiency by ensuring robust data management practices.
