About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Master Data Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining and updating master data records across various systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency within the organization.

Role Overview

The Master Data Specialist will play a critical role in upholding the accuracy and reliability of essential business data. This involves meticulous data management, collaboration with various departments, and contributing to data quality initiatives to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and accurately update master data records across various systems, including ERP and CRM.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
• Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed.
• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.
• Monitor and promptly resolve data quality issues to minimize business impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, including the ability to maintain and update master data using tools like XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus.
