MDM Expert (Workspace ONE)

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an MDM Expert (Workspace ONE) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with over 10 years of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management, focusing on the administration of the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (MDM) platform, covering device enrollment, configuration, application deployment, updates, and secure retirement.
• Manage integrations with Active Directory, certificates, ADFS, MFA, and network/security components, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Enforce device security and compliance policies, providing audit evidence and compliance reports.
• Resolve L3 incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and supporting L1/L2 teams with escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and manage changes through the approved CAB process.
• Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor platform performance, prepare operational reports, and support knowledge transfer from the existing service provider.

Qualifications and Experience

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM, Active Directory, PKI certificates, ADFS, MFA, and basic networking and security principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with Ivanti, SCCM, or Nexthink is considered an advantage.
• Workspace ONE and ITIL 4 certifications are preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Work Environment and Expectations

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position. Candidates must be available for out-of-hours changes and critical incidents when required to ensure operational continuity.
