The Role: MEA Research & Thought Leadership Associate Manager

Accenture Research is seeking a MEA Research & Thought Leadership Associate Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The Associate Manager will support the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Research and Thought Leadership agenda, working alongside MEA research leadership to help deliver the region's research strategy and strengthen Accenture's position as a trusted source of insight across industries in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of insights through quantitative and qualitative research methods, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality research and market-facing insight.
• Utilize traditional and innovative data sources, including GCC government, regional, and global economic and technology sources, to explore key business questions in a logical, structured way.
• Analyze datasets and interpret results using statistical techniques and data-visualization tools; build and update models to produce client-ready outputs.
• Develop compelling research narratives and clear business storylines in collaboration with research and industry leads.
• Craft high-quality outputs such as slides, visualizations, and written summaries, tailored for senior client and internal audiences.
• Support business development by assisting account teams in applying data products and thought leadership to engage clients and identify new opportunities.
• Leverage AI and Generative AI to enhance research workflows, uncover novel insights, and deliver outputs through non-traditional methods.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher with a keen interest in the MEA economic and technology landscape. This role requires the ability to connect macro trends—including technological, economic, social, regulatory, and geopolitical factors—to actionable insights for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and data-analytics capabilities.
• Fluent use of AI and Generative AI tools to enhance research workflows.
• Familiarity with GCC national programs and institutional sources (*, national vision plans, national AI authorities, and national clouds) is a significant advantage.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Accenture Research, supporting the Middle East & Africa region.
