About the Role

Barza Consulting is recruiting for a Media Lead on behalf of a venture capital firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing media strategy, campaign planning, and execution for the firm's portfolio companies. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and operates at the intersection of media, marketing, and venture capital.

The venture capital firm is supported by a reputable media organization. It leverages investment expertise, an established advertising network, and specialized execution partners to assist portfolio companies in building brand awareness, acquiring customers, and strengthening their market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic media plans aligned with portfolio companies' growth objectives.
• Assess media investment opportunities, campaign readiness, target audiences, and expected commercial impact.
• Plan and coordinate Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage media inventory allocation, campaign schedules, and coordination with advertising partners.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed objectives.
• Collaborate with founders, investment teams, creative agencies, and external media partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements to maximize effectiveness.
• Support media investment proposals, campaign valuation, and portfolio-level performance reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Solid understanding of OOH and DOOH advertising, media inventory planning, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or clients and coordinating with Saudi media agencies.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
