About the Medical Representative Role

Saudi Arabian Drug Store Company is seeking a Medical Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in promoting pharmaceutical products and building relationships within the healthcare sector. The role is subject to Saudization regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to achieve territory objectives.
• Conduct regular visits to physicians and pharmacists.
• Provide approved medical information regarding product usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Distribute product samples and marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
• Identify and target high-potential customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and selected physicians.
• Gather and relay feedback to management concerning customer needs, product accessibility, and competitor activities.
• Analyze local market drivers and develop territory action plans.
• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Prepare reports as recommended by management.
• Organize promotional activities and company-hosted meetings.
• Capture and share market intelligence, including competitor activities and insights.
• Attend sales and cycle meetings to provide relevant feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong command of the English language, including speaking, writing, and listening skills.
• Effective selling and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitor products.
