Saudi Arabian Drug Store Company is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's objectives within the healthcare market. This position is subject to Saudization regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will be responsible for product promotion, customer relationship management, territory planning, and market intelligence. This includes:

• Promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to achieve territory objectives.
• Conducting daily visits to physicians and pharmacists.
• Providing approved medical information on products, including usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Distributing product samples and marketing materials.

Customer Relations

A core aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Specific tasks include:

• Building strong relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
• Segmenting and targeting high-potential customers, such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and selected physicians.
• Providing feedback to management on customer needs, product access, and competitor activities.

Territory Planning and Management

The representative will manage their assigned territory effectively through strategic planning and execution:

• Diagnosing local market drivers and designing territory action plans.
• Developing and executing territory business plans.
• Preparing reports according to manager’s recommendations.
• Organizing promotional activities and company-hosted meetings.

Market Intelligence

Gathering and sharing market insights is crucial for this role:

• Capturing and sharing competitor activity and market insights.
• Attending regular sales and cycle meetings to provide feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
