About the Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a Merchandiser to join its marketing and sales team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for enhancing the presence of the company's products at various points of sale and ensuring an optimal display experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize company products on shelves in stores and points of sale according to approved display standards.
• Ensure product availability and continuous replenishment of stock.
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged products.
• Install promotional and advertising materials, including posters, display shelves, and signs.
• Build positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Prepare regular reports on display conditions and competitor activities in the market.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve product distribution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality (this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens as per labor regulations).
• Previous experience in field marketing or merchandising, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the field and travel between various points of sale.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 SAR, depending on experience.
