About the Role

Tabby is seeking a Merchant Onboarding Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing the complete onboarding journey for SME merchants. The executive will ensure merchants are successfully activated, technically integrated, and fully configured before going live.

Role Overview

As a Merchant Onboarding Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Tabby's merchant network across dynamic markets. This position involves close collaboration with merchants and internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Risk, Legal, and Product teams. The primary focus is to resolve onboarding blockers, improve conversion rates, and deliver an excellent merchant experience, contributing to operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full merchant onboarding lifecycle, from initial application through to successful activation.
• Oversee backend integration processes and ensure merchants are properly configured with correct access, settings, and dashboards.
• Guide merchants through Tabby's onboarding process and provide support throughout their journey.
• Resolve stalled, escalated, or time-sensitive onboarding cases, including daily drop-off and reset applications.
• Collaborate with the Risk team to identify document issues and communicate required corrections to merchants, following up until successful resubmission.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Legal, Business Development, and Product to remove onboarding blockers and improve lead handoff workflows.
• Investigate integration issues, including backend and technical errors, and implement effective solutions cross-functionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track merchant progress through the onboarding funnel, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance onboarding efficiency, data integrity, reporting automation, and pipeline conversion.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, preferably in a client-facing, operations, or support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong focus on operational excellence and delivering a positive merchant experience.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying areas for process improvement.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, engaging frequently with both external merchants and various internal departments such as Business Development, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.
