About the Role

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will support the health, safety, and well-being of employees across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and medical surveillance.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records.
• Coordinate vaccinations, health screenings, and occupational health programs.
• Promote employee wellness through health awareness campaigns.
• Monitor workplace health risks and support incident investigation.
• Ensure first aid facilities, medical equipment, and supplies are fully maintained.
• Prepare occupational health reports and support ISO 45001 compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Registration and Professional Classification.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS is considered an advantage.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Occupational Health, Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing, or Corporate Healthcare.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices, emergency response, and Saudi health regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Experience in workplace emergency response and health surveillance programs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting Nesma Infrastructure & Technology's project sites.
