The Opportunity: Officer - Visa Services

Almosafer is seeking a full-time Officer - Visa Services to join its team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for supporting seamless travel experiences for clients by managing end-to-end visa application processes. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with embassy requirements and regulations for both tourism and business travel visas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tourism and business visa requests within the system and process e-visa applications.
• Audit client documentation to ensure 100% accuracy and completeness for visa applications.
• Schedule visa appointments directly through embassy websites and application portals.
• Represent the company during embassy visits for Schengen appointments and other related business needs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders and clients via email and WhatsApp groups.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding visa processing activities and status.
