The Role: Officer, Warehousing & Stores

We are seeking an Officer, Warehousing & Stores to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to managing a range of warehouse and store activities, ensuring the smooth flow and availability of goods into and out of the business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to more junior colleagues within the warehousing and stores function.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations, including the processing of required information and documentation.
• Interact with internal and external contacts to manage information concerning customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability.
• Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and tracking of inventory.
• Provide assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management.
• Coordinate the entry of sales, maintenance, and production orders into systems, and maintain accurate vendor, supplier, and customer records.
• Schedule inbound and outbound logistics, including establishing arrival terms.
• Prepare daily schedules for receiving, deliveries, and shipping operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in warehousing, stores, or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to process information and documentation accurately.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
