About Indra Group and the Role

Our global operations, particularly for critical infrastructure projects, rely on efficient warehouse operations and asset management. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Saudi Arabia, supporting our activities in Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensure accurate asset traceability, and support compliance with HSE and environmental requirements. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth functioning of our projects within the Makkah region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management activities, maintaining accurate records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
  • Support logistics activities, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
  • Coordinate procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
  • Manage asset allocation, transfers, and handover of company equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate documentation related to project assets and logistics.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental requirements, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste, and maintaining environmental records for compliance and audits.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
  • Experience in complex infrastructure or large-scale projects is considered a plus.
