The Role of Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Stella Stays properties to established standards. This full-time role involves implementing property management strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with operational and service standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly to maintain guest experience.
• Provide support during emergencies to ensure guest safety and well-being.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and respond to requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and current operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, overseeing work, and managing costs within budget.
• Understand and coordinate service provider responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
• Support budget target achievement by identifying cost-effective solutions.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of property management and daily operational processes.
• Proficiency in communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational tools.
