About the Role

Ekaa Technology Solutions and Services is seeking an ORACLE EBS SUPPLY CHAIN & PRODUCT HUB CATALOGING FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing managed application support, maintenance, and enhancement for a mission-critical Oracle ERP and custom-application environment. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of production and non-production environments while meeting strict service levels and collaborating with customer technical and business teams.

Role Context and Objectives

The consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing core business processes related to supply, inventory, warehouse, order management, and cataloging. This includes gathering requirements, performing fit-gap and impact analyses, configuring modules, and preparing functional designs. The role also involves active participation in the transition from incumbent teams, current-state assessments, backlog reviews, and controlled takeovers to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance supply, inventory, warehouse, order-management, and cataloging processes within the Oracle EBS environment.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap and impact analysis, configure modules, prepare functional designs, and support testing activities.
• Resolve incidents and service requests, support releases and interfaces, train users, and maintain functional documentation.
• Participate in the transition from incumbent teams, conduct current-state assessments, review backlogs, and manage controlled takeovers.
• Meet incident response and restoration obligations, participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday call-outs, and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain operating procedures, functional/technical documents, test evidence, release records, and knowledge-transfer material.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant functional consulting role.
• Demonstrated ability to support Oracle ERP and custom-application environments.
• Familiarity with managed application support, maintenance, and enhancement processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires collaborative work with customer technical and business teams and adherence to strict service level agreements. The consultant will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining high availability and performance of critical business systems.
