ORACLE EBS PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

About the Role

Swan Global is seeking an ORACLE EBS PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for a professional with extensive experience in Oracle EBS procurement modules.

Role Overview

The consultant will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role involves system configuration, documentation, issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Configure flexfields, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system profiles within Oracle EBS.
• Prepare functional specifications, conduct thorough testing, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Manage production issues, system enhancements, application of patches, and releases.
• Support system implementation, deliver user training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and defined service-level requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional consulting, specifically within Purchasing and Procurement modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency in configuring Oracle EBS components such as flexfields, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system profiles.
