Oracle EBS Financials Techno Functional Consultant

About the Role

Swan Global is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Techno-Functional Consultant for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting, configuring, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications. The consultant will be responsible for business process analysis, functional configuration, technical troubleshooting, production support, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on Saudi government financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, finance teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, AS-IS/TO-BE business process analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Configure, support, and maintain Oracle EBS Financials modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide application support for production and non-production environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, implement enhancements, and support application interfaces.
• Perform functional testing, financial reconciliations, reporting, and user training.
• Support the transition from the incumbent service provider by assessing the existing environment, reviewing pending issues, and managing the controlled takeover.
• Meet agreed service-level requirements for incident response, resolution, and service restoration.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with government security policies, access controls, confidentiality requirements, and change-management procedures.
• Provide after-hours, weekend, and public holiday support as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong expertise in Saudi government budgeting, revenue management, and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence and adherence to government security and operational policies.
