Oracle Fusion Contracts Management Functional Consultant

About the Role

Scidecs is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Contracts Management (Enterprise Contracts) Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract position. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts within a large enterprise client's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders across Contract Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Design Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts solutions in alignment with Oracle best practices.
• Configure Contracts Management, contract integrations, BPM approval workflows, contract security, and user roles.
• Conduct CRPs, SIT, and UAT, and provide support for production deployment and cutover.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
• Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, including at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts implementations as a Functional Lead.
• Experience with multiple Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and leading executive-level workshops.
• Proven experience managing UAT and production cutover.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position for a duration of 12 months, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working with a large enterprise client.
