Role Overview

MRP-Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead project delivery for a prominent client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves hands-on leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, specifically within Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management.

Key Responsibilities and Project Scope

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. This includes overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful deployment. The role requires a deep functional understanding of various Oracle Fusion modules and their integration points.

Required Technical Expertise

• Proven experience deploying Oracle Cloud (Fusion) solutions, with a minimum of two full lifecycle projects completed.
• Deep functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management modules, including PFM, PEM, PPM, Grants Management, Task Management, Resource Management, Costing, and Billing.
• Experience with integration between Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management and Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA), Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle Time & Labor.
• Familiarity with Oracle True Cloud Method (TCM) or Oracle Unified Method (OUM).

Project Leadership Qualifications

• Experience managing project budgets exceeding 1 million USD, encompassing commercial aspects and change management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects within KSA or the broader Gulf region.
• Proven ability to manage C-suite stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant certifications are considered beneficial for this role.

Contract Details and Location

This position is offered as a 12-month freelance contract, contributing to a multi-year project. The role requires on-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
