InnovationTeam is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company's performance, processes, and organizational capabilities. This involves leading development and transformation initiatives in close coordination with department managers to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's strategic direction into actionable development plans and measurable initiatives.
• Assess current processes, structures, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead approved initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards, monitor progress, and oversee corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and the Project Management Office to improve contract and project delivery.
• Support improvements in governance, policies, responsibilities, and delegated authority.
• Lead change management activities, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination.
• Support digital transformation and process automation efforts in conjunction with Technology and Information Technology departments.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility assessments for proposed improvements.
• Report results, risks, and decisions requiring approval directly to the CEO.

Authority and Accountability

This role involves leading approved development initiatives within delegated authority and allocated budgets. Department managers will retain responsibility for their daily operations unless specific assignments are formally transferred.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
