Wakeb Data is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join its Talent & Development team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading and developing organizational development activities. This includes ensuring effective organizational structures, enhancing overall performance, and building functional competencies and capabilities in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update the company’s organizational structure in alignment with strategic directions.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions across all departments and functions.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve performance and enhance organizational maturity.
• Review and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify organizational needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development.
• Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to building and strengthening the company’s culture.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
