About the Role

Modern Electronics - MEC (AL-Faisaliah Group) is seeking an Organizational Development Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development strategies and programs. The manager will focus on driving business performance, strengthening leadership capabilities, and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organizational development strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee job evaluation and grading projects, ensuring fairness and competitiveness (*, Hay, Mercer).
  • Lead organizational restructuring and design initiatives to support scalability and agility.
  • Design and manage the performance management system, including KPI development and alignment.
  • Implement competency-based learning roadmaps, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Lead the design and administration of employee engagement surveys and subsequent action plans.
  • Develop and implement employee well-being initiatives focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellness.
  • Design and manage reward and recognition programs that align with company values.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the HR function, providing guidance and feedback to the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate organizational needs into effective structures, systems, and talent programs.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (*, Hay, Mercer) and organizational design principles.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
  • Strong background in learning, leadership, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and developing well-being programs.

Work Environment

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Occasional travel to company branches or business units may be required. The role involves regular interaction with senior leadership, employees, and external consultants.
