The Role: Package BIM Coordinator

ARX is seeking a Package BIM Coordinator for its office in Riyadh. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience who can ensure the reliability and usability of information for assigned packages within the design team. The ideal candidate will understand the relationship between model content and issued design information, identify interface problems, and facilitate clear actions among disciplines. The role involves maintaining a disciplined approach to shared information, accurately explaining model limitations, and supporting the timely resolution of coordination issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models for assigned packages and maintain a consistent federated model arrangement.
• Check model compliance with the BIM Execution Plan, agreed LOD requirements, and naming conventions.
• Verify shared coordinates, model links, revision status, and information readiness before coordination reviews.
• Run clash detection, organize coordination sessions, and assign identified issues to the relevant design teams.
• Track clash responses and verify that updated models reflect agreed resolutions without introducing new interfaces.
• Manage model uploads, review status, and package information within the Common Data Environment.
• Produce model-based quantities, drawings, and reports as required, highlighting data limitations and maintaining consistency with issued information.
• Support designers with model organization, templates, and information exchange procedures in line with project standards.
• Prepare package coordination summaries and escalate overdue actions, incomplete model data, and information security concerns.
