About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Paramedic to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of emergency medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing physical, medical, and cultural needs while adhering to confidentiality and EMS guidelines.
• Operate and maintain EMS vehicles and equipment to ensure reliability and prevent damage.
• Stay updated with current EMS trends and healthcare developments to effectively respond to patient needs.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring EMS vehicles are ready for deployment and adhering to directives.
• Participate in EMS staff meetings to discuss operational updates, care protocols, and team coordination.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including skills maintenance, educational programs, and research, to stay current with EMS standards and contribute to staff training.
• Anticipate and respond appropriately to potential problems.
• Continuously strive to deliver high-quality patient care and improve the working environment through feedback and problem-solving.
• Adhere strictly to the privilege list level of authority and approved medical protocols by Medical Golden Etihad Co.
• Utilize medical supplies efficiently to prevent wastage and assist in optimizing resource use.
• Provide proactive support and collaborate with other staff members to foster a cohesive teamwork approach.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
