The Role of Partnerships Manager

Dsquares is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing existing partner relationships and proactively identifying new strategic alliances to enhance revenue and expand our loyalty programs. The Partnerships Manager will oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial identification and negotiation to ongoing operational and financial management, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and program growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing partnership operations, including field visits, mystery shopping, staff training, merchandise displays, activating dormant outlets, supervising on-ground activation drives, conducting staff engagement programs, and implementing marketing activities.
• Enhance revenues from existing partners and minimize churn.
• Proactively identify potential partnerships through networking, search engines, online platforms, and referrals.
• Launch new partners into the Loyalty Program.
• Prepare bespoke proposals for prospective alliances.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for potential partners.
• Oversee the onboarding and aftercare processes for client acquisition, optimizing campaigns based on customer needs.
• Negotiate partnership contracts, defining scope and deliverables on behalf of both the partner and the loyalty program.
• Build strategic relationships with partners by understanding their organization, objectives, and key drivers, and contributing to mutually beneficial plans.
• Achieve revenue targets from existing and new partners, and source or influence special deals for program members.
• Develop annual operating plans, projections, and engagement promotions for new and existing partnerships.
• Manage the financial relationship between the loyalty program and its partners.
• Develop and provide training material for partner staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in partnerships management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and launching new partnerships.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and merchant networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
